- I am currently pursuing my MFA at the University of Idaho. I received my BFA in painting at Pacific Northwest College of Art. I enjoy painting "en plein-air", (open air painting), but also do some larger studio work.

Wow great new paintings. My personal favorite is the first one but I always like your trees.

Count me as a fan. So I do have a question for you. So from the Sandpoint paintings, especially the bottom one shown. Did you paint from dark to light? For example, the sky in the trees, was that added after? If you don't mind, thanks.
