Looks like a lot of fun to paint! I love the bottom on as well. If you drew garbage all around the lady in the first painting and maybe some ninos around her it would remind me of Mexico!
Hey Cordell-- I had a great time painting with you in Santa Fe! I even see the painting of the building with the bright blue posts here on your blog! I went out and bought myself a tube of cobalt turquoise, and just love the little kick it gives to things. I'll always think of you when I use it! Hope to see you at another event sometime soon. Also, I feel like there was some info I was supposed to get to you??? Maybe something about SmartFlix? Can't remember-- let me know if you do! Diane
I am currently pursuing my MFA at the University of Idaho. I received my BFA in painting at Pacific Northwest College of Art. I enjoy painting "en plein-air", (open air painting), but also do some larger studio work.

WOW.....that is a lot of orange. I don't know if you are allowed to use that color. Really enjoy that bottom piece. Looks like a fun area to paint.
I know Jared I didn't know that color existed. It was a lot of fun to paint with it though..
Makes me want to go back! Nice job as usuall!
Good stuff! I love the desert and I love the walk way.
