Steam Plant 8"x10"

Took the painting class to the steam plant to paint.  This is my demo for the class.  It was an enjoyable place to paint, there are all kinds of pipes and interesting spaces to paint.  I will hopefully be going back.

Nice! I bet the class enjoyed it too! Why did you pick the steam plant? Interesting!

Wow Aaron, I'd never seen you art until now but I figured you were good, and you are. I'm impressed.

I was thrilled to find you painting your heart out (expressively so) in a Moscow alley yesterday. Thank you for your commitment to give of yourself, to painting, and to teaching. I've heard it said that every painting is a self-portrait in which the artist reveals him-or-herself to the world. That takes courage. Because you are prolific and your work is so consistently 'you,' you've given me the gift of getting to know you by your art. You're trusting me to see you as you are. Hope I have this right, so here goes: I see a loving soul, secure in himself, and respectful of life and the natural world. You don't need the encouragement, but I'll say it anyway: Please keep painting! You're an inspiration. Thank you. Stephen
