Lake Pend Oreille 18"x 48" oil on canvas

I like the blueness of the winter, I used a limited palette of titanium white, prussian blue, paynes grey and raw umber.

This is a nice piece......so much great atmosphere, as well as those distant mountains that just keep receding into infinity.

I think you should bring this one over next time you are in town. Also at the Panhandle Alliance event in the summer did you Jared have a sketch pad with you. A customer came in and wasn't sure if it was you or Jared he spoke with.
