This is the commission piece that I just finished up.  It is by far the longest I have spent on a single painting,  a lot of late nights!

I have been stealing my kids halloween candy lately and decided to paint one.

As I painted in the studio today I looked up to see this wonderful light shining in.  I grabbed the paints and did a quick study.  The yellow light coming in  surprised me since it was only 4:00 o'clock and the sun was on its way down.
